Pastel Star is a Bright Project group setting to debut in the future. They were formed in 2018.

History:[]

Pre-Debut:[]

Ichimura Rinne was a orignial member of Amorecarina before joining Bright Project.

Iwasaki Kanon and Takeda Miku were child models before joining Bright Project.

Iwasaki Kanon and Kinoshita Reina were 2015 ANGREME Shin Member audition finalists.

Formation:[]

They formed in June 2018 by a closed audition, and the members were chosen by past ANGELIX member Aijima Paige. They debuted at the 2018 Bright Project Summer Show.

2018:[]

They announced that they are currently preparing for their first indie single in January 2019, and the song will be announced during December while adding new members.

They announced a digital single, called Nananin Kigen (七人起源), with 4 vocalists and 3 dancers. Nakamura, Iwasaki, Sakamoto and Takeda are announced as vocalists, and Hamaura, Ichimura and Kinoshita as dancers.

2019:[]

On January 5th, their new members were announced, consisting of Igushi Maia, Hoshii Kaeko, Anzai Miwa and Bright Project Kenshuusei Niizuma Moe.

They released two more indie singles this year, one being Kawaii Naru Ka Gomen Ne, released in May, and Poppin Bubbles, released in late September.

2020:[]

Their next indie single is Pepper Keibu, and it only features Hamaura, Ichimura, Sakamoto, Takeda, Igushi. Hoshii and Niizuma, as the rest couldn’t cope due to quarantine.

It's announced on the 26th of July that the group will disband in early 2021, as some of the members have a tight schedule. Their plans after this are announced.

  • Nakamura Tomoka, Iwasaki Kanon will continue on with their studies.
  • Hamaura Chihiro, Ichimura Rinne, Sakamoto Ami, Kinoshita Reina, Takeda Miku will be a quintet, and are announced to be Kobushi Factory's successors.
  • Iguchi Maia will become a model.
  • Hoshii Kaeko, Anzai Miwa, Niizuma Moe will join a unit of their own or will join a unit from Bright Project.
