PonPonii is a unit consisting of Kristen and Reana from Believe! Morning Musume. This unit is similar to Ikuta Erina and Fukumura Mizuki's PonPon. Some people consider it a 2nd W (Double You).

November 12, The unit was officially announced by Tsunku alongside Kristen and Reana on the last day of Lala, Tanaka Reina & Believe! Morning Musume 2012 ~ Otanjoubi Omedetou Gozaimasu Lala-senpai, Tanaka-senpai.
November 13, Just after they were announced, they released their 1st single. Which to the BMM fan's disappointment, the single was just a cover of Lalala no Pipipi (Michishige Sayumi's solo song in 13 Colorful Character).
2013[]
July 4, Tsunku announced a comeback single for PonPonii, it's title is Fairy Tail, it will be released on July 7. It is said to be a song dedicated to the writer of Fairy Tail, also since both members are fans of the anime Fairy Tail.
