Saburo Mami Birthday Event ~Jyuuni Wishes~ (三郎真美誕生日イベント 〜 12 願い 〜) is a DVD featuring Saburo Mami. The DVD was based on a fanclub event held for Saburo Mami's 12th birthday. Saburo was given the opportunity to choose who could attend her birthday event and she chose Mitsui Aika & Suzuki Kanon.
The DVD was sold through the Hello! Project Fanclub only. Orders for the DVD began May 15, 2011 and were accepted through June 11, 2011.

Saburo Mami's 12th birthday event took place on April 17, 2011 at Nakano ZERO. Doors opened at 17:00 and the event started at 18:00. Guests included Mitsui Aika & Suzuki Kanon who also participated as MCs.
