Biyu Zoeng(荣璋碧玉) was born June 7,1998. Zoeng is a current member of Shiko Jikan and former member of the Special Hello! Pro Kenshuusei and a former first generation member of the Hello!Project Foreigners.

2007[]
Zoeng joined the Hello!Project Foreigners as a first generation member.
2010[]
Zoeng,alongside four other Foreigners,was transferred from the Hello!Project Foreigners,and into the Special Hello! Pro Kenshuusei.
2011[]
May 11,Zoeng returned to Hello! Pro Egg.
Zoeng auditioned for Shiko Jikan's fourth generation, but didn't pass
2012[]
Zoeng auditioned for Happy Jikan seventh generation, but failed
2013[]
On April 31, it was revealed that Zoeng,along with Tong Mingxia,will be featured in the May Edition of UTB+. On May 30, Zoeng became a member of Shiko Jikan, along with Cai Yanyu, Hsiao Karen, and Li Yoku.
On September 29, it was announced that Zoeng's solo song, You're My Friend, will be released as an indies single. The MV was released on Shiko Jikan's YouTube page. The release date for the single is on November 1, 2013.
